Tilda and Friends ATC Challenges - First challenge

An other challenge blog !!! this is exciting, I have made my card with my new cuttlebug dies, simple, but cute I think !

I made a card first, but then decided to try something new... I have made this card similarly as a mini-album, with a piece of cardboard to make it thicker... I have used a glittered sheet on which I have stamped little Tilda, and then cut the jumper and heart balloon out..
The inside pocket was aged with Distress Vintage Photo.

Ok... got carried away !! How my god, I sat on the floor, with all my new purchases, and was so thrilled ! I got all the Cuttlebug packages from Ebay, huge lot in once, had to fight to have it ... but it was worth it no ??? Am I going to find enough time to use them all ? Unfortunately, I already had some, but I will re-sell it on Ebay probably...








And my new Copic Markers ... Love them !!

Now I am going to scrap all weekend long... and hopefully, improve my skills !!!

Here is my new card, used all my new goodies such as Distress Ink Vintage Photo for the aging... Tilda is so cute, I love the older stamps ! The Get Well Soon is embossed with the Cuttlebug and then distressed.

NEW STAMPS !!!

After 5 weeks, I finally received my new Magnolia stamps... !!!! I have been stamping like crazy hihi However, I ordered them unmonted.. not a great idea, as it does not stick well on Acrylic block... I purchases some special glue to stick them, but it is not ideal, therefore, I would not recommend you to buy those, take the EZ mounted or the wood when available.

magnolia Challenge #5

Due to the snow and the attraction to the Swiss mountains, I was not able to find the time to do the last 2 challenges... but here I am back ! For this card, I have used my new cuttlebug dies Heart, and my new Aquarellable Caran d'Ache. I always use Turbentine to wash out the colors, gives a better finish in my opinion... I like this card, will certainly give it to my Honey for Valentine's day :)

Where are my stamps ???

I am soooo sad, I still did not receive my news stamps order Mid-January !!! If anybody experienced the same please let me know, I am going crazy everyday I check my mailbox... and same disappointement every time :( I have ordered 15 stamps, and 15 more 2 weeks later with a friend, we would have a very nice collection... once received !!
I am also trying to convinced my local, and favorite store, to wholesale them, like this I would not have to worry with the Postman being sick, or else to explain my sad little empty box :)
